3. The Important Details (The Fine Print Made Simple)

To keep our community fair and sparkling beautifully, please keep these program rules in mind:

  • Store Credit Only: Sparkle Bonus are strictly digital store rewards. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for physical currency, and cannot be refunded to a bank account or original payment method.

 

  • Earn on "New Money": You earn new Sparkle Bonuses based on the out-of-pocket amount you actually spend ("New Money"). For example, if you use €10 of credits on a €100 order, you will earn cashback on the remaining €90.

 

  • Products Only: Your credits apply directly to the value of your rhinestones and products. They cannot be used to pay for shipping fees or delivery services.

 

  • Shipping Perks Stay Intact: Don't worry, your shipping incentives are safe! Free shipping (within Finland for orders starting at €80.00) and our 50% international shipping discount (for orders reaching €100.00) are automatically calculated before your Sparkle Bonus is applied.

 

  • Smart Cart Savings: To give you the absolute best deal, the system automatically checks your cart. Referral bonus and instant discounts cannot be combined or stacked directly with automatic volume discounts (such as a 3% discount for buying 3 packs)—the system will simply apply the single highest value benefit to the cart automatically.

 

  • Returns & Fraud Prevention: If an order is returned for a refund, any bonuses earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your wallet balance. LAVISS reserves the right to freeze accounts suspected of "self-referral" loops, bonus-hunting, or creating multiple accounts to farm sign-up bonuses.

 

  • Strictly Personal: Your bonuses are tied to your verified email address. They cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other accounts under any circumstances.
